MWC 2017 highlights
Commsquare was an exhibitor in Mobile World Congress 2017, the mobile industry’s biggest annual event.
This year, we participated under the umbrella of Systemics Group following the recent Merger and Acquisition with Systemics-PAB. Our representatives had the chance to discuss with our Partners as well as our Customers and highlight the benefits stemming from this acquisition.
In the field of drive testing, our delivery capacity has been significantly improved. The Company is now globally positioned in Network Testing, Benchmarking and Optimization as a member of Systemics Group and can support drive test benchmarking campaigns that measure and analyze voice and data services on a large scale.
We have introduced several new features and capabilities in our products whch we had the chance to demo during the event.
Our VoLTE Monitoring solution has been expanded with the addition of new KPIs related to VoLTE call CS handover as well as other SRVCC related KPIs for cell and handset type. A new web based GUI has also been introduced that delivers improved visualization for VoLTE call related messages.
Our Business Analytics solution has been enhanced with new service categories that allow the classification of additional services used by subscribers. This enhancement allows Mobile Operators obtain an improved view of how their network is being used and it can help them make better decisions related to network resource allocation, investments or improvements aiming to deliver a better customer experience.
Finally, a new smartphone-based version of DAP, our active probing solution has been demonstrated. The DAP smartphone application is currently available for Android and iOS and it can be used for testing of the end-to-end performance of both Wi-Fi and mobile networks.
