In Commsquare we are currently looking to expand our Analytics Team in Athens, with a Junior Telecom Data Analysis Engineer.

• Participation in the various phases of the post-processing chain of drive test measurement data: importing and validation; transformation of data into a useful format for analysis; creation of specific visualisations; analysis and reporting.
• Development and maintenance of validation and analysis modules over our data warehouse using MS SQL, Tableau and ML techniques
• Design, implementation and maintenance of AI‑driven analysis components to automate validation, detect network anomalies, and derive insights from telecom measurement data, in close collaboration with the analytics team
• Collaboration with the development team that maintains our telecom reporting solution

• BSc degree (or higher) in Electrical and/or Telecom Engineering or relevant field
• Experience and intertest in SQL, Python
• Working proficiency in Windows & MS Office
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Be a team player with good communication skills
• Be self-motivated, willing to take initiative and ownership, solution oriented with a “can” do attitude

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or any other visualization tool
• Basic knowledge or hands‑on experience with AI / machine‑learning techniques applied to data analysis (e.g. anomaly detection, pattern recognition, automated classification, AI‑assisted analytics)
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills
• Understanding or RF principles in 2G/3G/4G/5G
