Commsquare is looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team.

• Commsquare develops telecom and mobile network (2G/3G/4G/5G) monitoring solutions which consist of several software applications.
• Development takes place in Core (C/C++ applications), backend (python applications), analytics (Apache PySpark applications) and UI (react.js applications) domains.
• A common task during development is the support for new mobile network technologies, i.e. protocols and network interfaces in all domains above. This task mainly requires adaptions and extensions but no “new” development.

• The goal of this internship is to automate such trivial development through means of AI assistants. The steps to be taken are listed below.
• Investigate and document AI assistants which could be suitable for this purpose.
• Train selected AI assistants in specific project and experiment with simple task automation.
• Automate specific development tasks based on specific instructions and assess result.

• AI assistants.

• Student of Electrical or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field.
• Familiarity with AI assistants.
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Be a team player with good communication skills.
• Be self-motivated, willing to take initiative and ownership, solution oriented with a “can” do attitude.
