Benchmarking
Go beyond the standard mobile network KPI reporting
End users have high expectations from mobile networks. They demand fast download speeds, excellent service quality and uninterrupted service at all times.
For that reason, mobile operators should have a deep understanding of how their networks perform: how fast video download is, what is the call setup time, call success rate and web browsing speed. In other words, they need a representative picture of their own network via reliable KPIs measured on the field. In addition, they have to be aware at all times of how competition performs, since end users will churn if they can find better service elsewhere. Therefore, collected information needs to be translated into actionable measures to keep offering unparalleled customer experience.
Undoubtedly this is a challenging task. High expertise is an imperative quality needed in ensuring reliable validated results and comprehensive optimisation suggestions that can yield optimal network performance.
