Commsquare is currently looking to expand their Analytics team based in Athens, Greece with Telecoms Analytics Product Manager. The qualified candidate will work as a Product Manager in the Analytics team. The role concerns working closely with the product team to develop and translate a vision for the product and is responsible for communicating that vision to the team. The role will from time to time involve traveling and working abroad for short periods.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management, sales and support to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team
  • Define the vision for the product and inspire the development team
  • Align with stakeholders and set priorities for the product development cycles
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, including visiting and discussing with customers to gather and validate requirements
  • Be the primary contact point for product related queries and act as an escalation point for critical support issues
  • Lead external projects: coordination and planning of the necessary resources and liaising with customer
  • Provide internal and external technical presentations and workshops
  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
  • Make, together with other members of the team, in-depth analysis of performance issues encountered and write recommendations on how to improve the product
  • Participate in the internal R&D tracks for introducing new analysis algorithms and modules
  • Follow agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum and Extreme programming – XP) and maintain the backlog of the product in JIRA
Basic qualifications and experience
  • BSc or MSc in Data Science, Electrical Engineering or Telecoms Engineering
  • 5+ years of product owner experience in an Agile software development environment
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile network troubleshooting and optimization
  • In-depth and hands-on understanding of all mobile technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G)
  • In-depth and hands-on understanding of data visualization tools, data mining tools and machine learning platforms
  • Working proficiency in English
Favoured qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience in SQL and databases
  • Understanding of IP protocols and their impact on mobile data performance
  • Experience in programming
  • Fluency in Dutch or French.
